The firm was co-founded by Emory L. Clark in 1983. Since then, it has developed into the The largest filer of bankruptcies in Georgia and Tennessee.

We specialize in Chapter 13 and Chapter 7 cases, and have convenient office locations in three states to serve you. Our friendly, professional staff and attorneys are trained and equipped to answer your bankruptcy questions and to promptly serve your needs.
